Buyer Brief & Tech Pack

Day 0–2

Client shares style references, fabric specs, and delivery window. Our team creates a full digital tech pack with construction notes, colour codes, and trim details.

Step 02

CAD Pattern & 3D Simulation

Day 2–5

CAD engineers construct the pattern. The garment is fitted on a 3D avatar — drape, tension points, and measurements are validated digitally before any fabric is cut.

Step 03

Digital Sample Approval

Day 5–7

Buyer reviews and approves the 3D digital sample in a live collaborative session. Fit notes and revision requests are documented and tracked digitally.

Step 04

Fabric Sourcing & Testing

Day 7–12

Our sourcing team procures fabric from certified mills. Swatches are lab-tested for shrinkage, colourfastness, tensile strength, and compliance standards.

Step 05

Physical Proto Sample

Day 12–18

The first physical prototype is cut and sewn. Fit sessions with our in-house model team validate against spec — all deviations are logged digitally for tracking.

Step 06

Bulk Production Cut

Day 18–35

Precision cutting begins on computerised cutting systems. Layer plans are optimised digitally to minimise fabric waste across all size ratios.

Step 07

Sewing & Assembly

Day 20–40

Hanger-system sewing lines assemble garments in continuous flow. IoT tracking monitors each piece through stitching, pressing, embroidery, and trim operations.

Step 08

QC, Packing & Shipment

Day 40–45

A 5-point quality inspection on every garment. Approved units are pressed, packed per buyer specification, and dispatched with digital packing lists and customs documents.
