About the Role
As a Production Line Supervisor you own the heartbeat of KEN — a high-throughput sewing line producing 4L+ units a month. You will balance operator workloads, drive in-line quality, and keep our daily output targets on track while championing a safe, respectful floor.
What You'll Do
- Plan and balance daily line workloads against production targets
- Run in-line QA checks and resolve bottlenecks in real time
- Coach and mentor machine operators, the majority of whom are women
- Track efficiency metrics and report to the production manager
- Enforce safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards on the floor
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years supervising apparel sewing lines (hanger-system a plus)
- Strong understanding of garment construction and SAM/efficiency
- Proven people-leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable with production MIS / line-balancing tools
